JPCA: The “I’ll Sue You Civic”

The JPCA Sued the Owners of the St. Saviours site, and lost. They sued the City for the Off Leash rule, and lost. Not only did they lose but they had the audacity to start an online petition and fill the pages with fraudulent names in an attempt to execute their attack on honest dog owners. They also threatened to sue the Vietnam Veterans if they hosted the moving wall. They wanted to sue the City Council over rules and regulations. It seems that the JPCA seems to want to sue everyone! Too bad Bob can't adjudicate his own lawsuits.

Unfortunately, the dictatorial leadership never asks their membership for their approval. We are amazed that the JPCA has an endless amount of resources to fund their numerous legal battles.

Now we can smell another lawsuit brewing and it stinks like a piece of "Queens Crap". They say that the St. Saviours area is too polluted for residential use and development should be halted. This the same organization that wants to place a park on that site! (More to follow)

If the site is too polluted for homes then it should be too polluted to have our children play in park as well.

Quit picking and choosing the polluted card, Bob.

Sue the State, Sue the Feds, and Sue the City again. C’mon… you need another Press Release.

Let me see if I understand, you can’t live in a house on the site but we could have our infants play in a park there. Seems pretty silly!

If the JPCA gets their way our children will be running through a park with contaminated soil underneath their feet.

The St. Saviours site is surrounded by Homes. Has the JPCA called for their demolition because of the same contamination?

Youre so right I have been to many JPCA meetings. They never give a financial report. I guess they don't want us to know how much money they are spending on frivolous lawsuits. Go Rangers!! Thrash the Thrashers!!

I believe parks have been built on polluted sites before - on landfills for example because limited use is very different than living on that land. But I am no expert on this.

Nevertheless, you make some interesting points. What would the Patriots suggest doing with the site?

I wonder what goes on at the executive board meetings what kind of wild parties and favours are being done ,spending the dues money on personal things. I even heard some of the members are pot smokers.

JPCA Executive Meetings have President Holden dictate the Agenda and all else follow or else!

Ask about the Finances and you are removed. Ask Frank and Ernie!

Serf Maltese ought to think twice about funding these frauds and thieves. JPCA Dues are a Holden slush fund for his busisness and family.

Bob needs a small mustache in that Photo in order for it to be accurate.

The difference btw our founding fathers and the anonymous writers on the juniper park patriots is that the founding fathers were not violating the personal rights of any individuals. Instead, the founding fathers were fighting against a tyranical, oppressive government. Hiding behind anonymity to promote libel and slander is not in any way similar to what our founders did. Claiming similarity to our fathers is probably causing them all to turn in their graves. This is a silly cite that I've now read for the first and last time.

I sent the following to the Queens Crap Blog it was never posted. I now know that it is not an open discussion forum but just postings by people with one point of view. Very disappointing.

While I am not a huge Dennis Gallagher fan. I am all for open discussion. And in that spirit I will say the JPCA is very disingenuous in its statements. They will manipulate and distort facts to suit themselves. I was at the meeting where Holden made the comment to the concerned Public School parent everyone knows Catholic school is better. And when some dog owners got up and left he made the comment that's right don't let the door hit you on the way out, what did we expect from the dog owners anyway.

These are people who may have started out with noble intentions but somewhere along the line the have gone astray.
