Iron Mike (Not Tyson, Bloomberg)

As it is each year, it was a great Memorial Day Weekend in our great city and as a veteran I was proud to be an American and a New Yorker. Being a member of several veterans’ organizations I was invited to participate in many of the parades that occurred over the long weekend. As always, I spotted our illustrious Mayor at every single parade that I attended. I was amazed at the outpouring of support by those in attendance and viewing the parades. There were shouts of Mike for President!, Great Job Mayor! We love you Mike! I even heard a marriage proposal from one elderly woman waving her American flag. Mayor Bloomberg was treated like a heavyweight champion as he waved and greeted fans. We have read that the Mayor might be out of touch with everyday New Yorkers but if you attended any of the parades, you found out quickly that the majority of new Yorkers feel a strong connection with their mayor and approve of the job Bloomberg is doing. Keep up the good work Iron Mike!

I would also like to thank all the elected officials, community leaders, parade organizers, my fellow veterans, and the residents of New York for their show of support and gratitude to the men and woman who gave the ultimate sacrifice to this great nation.

Bloomberg entering into the race could spell trouble for Rudy

I like the Mayor seems like a pretty nice guy, but for President? I don't think he has the leadership.

I could never Vote for a guy who kissed Bob Holden's Ass.

Bloomberg hates Bob Holden he is part of that hero to zero thing the Patriots talk about. Because Bloomberg won't buy St Saviors according to JPCA leadership he is no longer a good Mayor just check the Crap see for yourself.

I give Bloomberg credit he works hard with his money he could go anywhere and do anything he chooses to serve. Lets Go Mike

I want to see Bloomberg VS Spitzer the battle of Ego's.

If Bloomberg wins perhaps Bob Holden can bribe someone to put his wife and son in a job, like he did last time.

Bob's son can have a job so long as he passes a drug test which he has failed on many other occasions.

Be nice after years of abuse don't you think the kid needs to get stoned?

Bloomberg thought highly enough of Queens and our Veterans to march in these parades. He is a true American and deserves our support.

Mayor Mike would fit perfectly in Washington... he would raise our taxes and increase spending.

Washington and Bloomberg perfect together

Can't Juniper make him Man of the Year again? Oh I forgot JPCA hates Mike now.

Where was he at the Maspeth parade? I must have missed him. Or maybe he just hates Maspeth.

In 2000, Mayor Bloomberg honored Carson by joining others at Bed-Stuy Restoration Hall on Sonny Carson Day and in 2002, it appears that after Carson’s death, Mayor Bloomberg signed a decreee in his honor. Also, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz proclamed October 24 as Sonny Carson Day.

You rip Avella for voting for it but don't mention that Mike pandered to voters and honored Sonny Carson, too! What a bunch of hypocrites you poseur "Patriots" are!!!
