The Fish and Wildlife service has reported that the population of American Bald Eagles is at its highest level since World War II. The bald eagle was decimated because of the widespread use of the pesticide DDT. The pesticide adversely impacted the bird’s reproductive system causing their population to drop to 417 breeding pairs in 1967. Consequently, the American Bald Eagle was put on the endangered species list and the use of DDT was banned in 1972. Scientist from the Fish and Wildlife services are now reporting that breeding pairs have increased to 9,789 which may cause the birds to be removed from the threatened or endangered species list.
An American treasure has been saved!

I have never seen anything more beautiful than an American Flag blowing in the wind or the great symbol of freedom and elegance the Bald Eagle.
I fought in Iraq for our Country and to fight Terrorism. Please support our fighting men and woman.
God has blessed this Nation with freedom; these great symbols of Democracy shall now live forever.
Thank you Patriots for this Post, keep doing things like this you don't need to always attack Juniper they are yesterday's news.
I can't believe how many of the people at Our Lady of Hope are addicted to this site. Keep up the great work.
Please do a post on Bob Holden and how he kicks kids off the Juniper ball fields.
The Patriots already did a story on King Bob of Juniper, and how he exclusively uses the ball fields for profit.
I hope Bob is not allowed to bring Baseball Bats home that could be dangerous.
Hey Kids duck daddy is home.
