Councilman Ulrich Gets His Illegally Parked Car Towed at Parade

Sometimes our Elected Officials feel they are above the law and can do what they want when they want. A perfect example is what Councilman Eric Ulrich did this Sunday in Richmond Hill. According to a local parade coordinator, Eric was invited to participate in a parade to honor the Indian community during their Phagwah Parade but ignored posted parking signs.

Phagwah, or Holi, is the Indo-Caribbean Hindu celebration of the New Year.
Every spring, the Sunday after the first full moon of the Hindu calendar, Phagwah literally paints the streets while children and families "color" one another with dye and powder to chase away the winter grays. The spirit--and high-jinks--is like that of Carnival.

Well Councilman Ulrich was taking part in the festivities and he thought he was above the law and parked his car illegally in an area that would disrupt the parade. I guess he thought that his Police Shield in his window would protect hit but according to witnesses it did not. As a result of his illegal parking, his car was appropriately towed.

Looks like Councilman Ulrich and his elected friends need to realize that just because they are elected they are not above the law!

Dennis you fucking low-life loser, it's time to turn the page and start to get your own life in order without worrying about what other people are doing. Stop making shit up, stop molesting grandmothers, stop gambling & drinking and start, and I know this is difficult, to learn how to tell the truth for a change.

“On Sunday, July 8, 2007, while I was intoxicated, I intentionally and forcibly touched intimate parts of the complainant and subjected her to sexual contact without her consent. My conduct was wrong and I apologize to the complainant. I intend to continue treatment for my alcohol abuse and also announce my resignation as a member of the New York City Council, effective close of business on Friday, April18, 2008.”

"And the best person to teach him that important lesson would be convicted criminal and former city coincilman Dennis Gallagher?"
